Chai Latte Milkshake

Ingredients

3 Chai tea bags
1 Tbsp cloves
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tsp allspice
3 Tbsp sugar
5 Cups milk
2 Cups vanilla ice cream
1 Cup water
Ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks to garnish.

 

Directions

Add the water to a small sauce pan and bring it to a simmer. Remove from fire and add the spices and the chai tea bags.

Let it sit there for 5 minutes. Remove the teabags any big spice that’s left.

Pour into the glass of a blender and add the milk and the sugar. Pulse for 1 minutes or until everything is well mixed.

Add the vanilla ice cream and pulse for 2 more minutes or until everything’s well incorporated and frothy.

Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve and enjoy.

Tips: You can also make it without the ice cream for a lighter take.
