There is nothing like a big bowl of chili to warm you up on a cold winter day.  This pork chili recipe is really unique and flavourful thanks to its combination of ground pork, maple syrup and cinnamon.  This truly isn’t your mom’s chili, but I can bet it is one your family will be asking for time after time!  The best part is that it is so easy and quick to make with minimal ingredients so you won’t mind getting asked to throw this together often!

 

Easy Pork Chili Ingredients:

Ground Pork // 0.600kg
Salt // 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Crushed Tomatoes // 1 28 fl.oz. can
Lentils // 1 19 fl.oz. can
Red Kidney Beans // 1 19 fl.oz. can
White Kidney Beans // 1 19 fl.oz. can
Real Maple Syrup // 1/2 cup
Cinnamon // 1 teaspoon

 

Easy Pork Chili Recipe Instructions:

Warm pan on medium heat.
Add ground pork and salt to taste.
Cook pork the whole way through.
Add tomatoes, lentils and beans.
Bring to a boil.
Add in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
Simmer for about 20 minutes until flavors soak into the beans.

Tastes even better the next day!
Serves approximately 10-12
