How to Store Leftover Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

Once you’ve made your strawberry cheesecake bites, you’ll need to store them properly to keep them fresh. Leftover cheesecake bites can be stored in the fridge for up to four days. To store them, place the bites in an airtight container or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap.

These strawberry cheesecake bites also freeze well. To freeze them, place the bites on a baking sheet and in the freezer for about an hour. Then place them in a freezer-safe container or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap. Freeze for up to three months. When you’re ready to enjoy them, thaw the bites overnight in the fridge.

About the Ingredients for Strawberry Cheesecake Balls

Jam – You can use homemade strawberry jam or store-bought. Also try this with other flavours of jam!

Cream cheese – Use full fat cream cheese for the best flavour and texture!

Sugar – Just plain white granulated sugar.

Lemon juice – Helps to give the filling more of a real cheesecake texture and flavour.

Cool whip – Real homemade whipping cream works here too!

Graham cracker crumbs – Make your own or use homemade. The filling is pretty “sticky” so you do need a dry coating.

What is strawberry fruit spread? Jelly or Jam??

Liz Lampman

Fruit spread is jam made without added sugar, it tends to have chunkier fruit pieces. You can use that or jam. I wouldn't use jelly.
