Kitchen Tools Every Home Cook Needs

About the Equipment Needed to Make No-Churn Ice Cream

Blender – Use a blender for the best, silkiest texture. You can also use a food processor but I find the results aren’t as creamy smooth. I have been using a Blendtec blender for almost 10 years now, and it is used on a constant basis.

Container – Use a standard loaf pan or a reusable ice cream tub to store and freeze your ice cream in.

About the Ingredients for Strawberry Banana Nice Cream

Strawberries – I used fresh strawberries and froze them, but you can also use already frozen strawberries as well.

Bananas – Again, I used fresh fruit and froze them. Using over-ripe bananas works well too if you want the ice cream very sweet. You can also use frozen bananas.

I can't wait to try this, it sounds amazing! Right now I don't have any bananas so I think I will substitute my favorite flavor of coconut and add frozen coconut milk instead. Even though I haven't tried it I'm going to give it 5 stars! If only for the idea, I haven't had sugar in almost a year and it's ideas like this that keep me going! So, thank you a thousand times!
