Lemon Dill Couscous

This Lemon Dill Couscous recipe is simple and delicious, a perfect and healthy side dish!

Lemon Dill Couscous

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Butter
1 Cup Chicken stock
1 cup uncooked plain couscous
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dill

Directions:

Bring the butter and chicken stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the couscous, lemon juice and dill.
Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.

I don't think I've eaten couscous before but I think I'd like it but I'm not sure about this recipe because I'm not a big fan of lemon
