Crock Pot Baked Potatoes are one of the easiest crockpot recipes you will find, and make perfect baked potatoes everytime!

This recipe is perfect for those times when you need your oven free for other items.  The potatoes come out perfect and delicious.  You may even start making your potatoes in your slow cooker every time!
Ingredients:
6 large Baking Potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Directions:
Scrub and dry potatoes.

Pierce each potato 6-8 times with a fork.

 

Rub each potato with about a teaspoon of olive oil.

Season with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminum foil.

Place in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

    I love loaded baked potatoes, I’ve never thought of using the slow cooker for them. I usually zap mine for 5 mins in the microwave and then 30 mins in the oven to crisp up the skins.
