Peaches and Cream Bars
  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 1 cup softened Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 21 oz can Peach Pie FIlling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9x9" pan and set aside.
  3. Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and butter until it forms a uniform crumbly mixture.
  4. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture to use as a topping later.
  5. Press the remaining crumb mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
  7. Spread peaches on top of the baked crust
  8. Cream together cream sheese, remaining egg, sugar and vanilla unitl creamy.
  9. Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches.
  10. Sprinkle the cup of crumbs set aside earlier over the top.
  11. Bake for 30-34 minutes aor until edges of top begin to lightly brown.
  12. ALlow to cool then refrigerate before serving.
