Watergate Salad
  • 1 (4 ounce) box Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallow
  • 2 cup thawed Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip)
  1. Combine pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Add marshmallows and mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Place in serving dishes and optionally top with whipped topping and garnish with chopped nuts.
