Lemon Dill Couscous
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Chicken stock
  • 1 cup uncooked plain couscous
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dill
  1. Bring the butter and chicken stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in the couscous, lemon juice and dill.
  3. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff with a fork.
