Apple Gingersnap Delight
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust (prepared or home made)
  • 1 Container Whipped Topping
  • 1 C Apple Butter (Prepared or Homemade)
  • 5 Gingersnap cookies, crushed
  1. Empty whipped topping into a bowl. Add Apple Butter.
  2. Gently fold apple butter into the whipped topping until thoroughly combined
  3. Scoop the apple filling into the graham cracker crust
  4. Smooth out the filling, slightly mounding it in the center of the dessert
  5. Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle crushed gingersnap cookies over the top of the dessert
  7. To serve, garnish with caramel drizzle if desired.
  8. NOTE: This recipe can easily be made into a Apple Cheesecake Gingersnap Delight by simply whipping one block of cream cheese with the apple butter, and then folding it into the whipped topping.
