Simple Banana Bread
 
 
Ingredients
  • 4 ripe Bananas
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. flour (1 c. can be whole wheat)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease inside of a loaf pan with shortening.
  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas.
  4. Beat eggs and add to bowl.
  5. Add sugar, vanilla, walnuts and oil and mix in well.
  6. Whisk together dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
  7. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
