Mushroom & Basil Fusilli Pasta
  • ½ Cup chopped mushrooms
  • 9 oz Fusilli
  • ¼ Cup basil, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ½ Tbsp oregano
  • ½ Tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Boil water with salt in a pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the fusilli and cook as instructed on the packaging.
  3. While the pasta is being cooked, heat a saucepan with butter over medium-low heat.
  4. Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the basil and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. When the pasta is ready, drain it, serve on plates, and add the mushrooms and basil.
  7. Serve with bread slices, and enjoy.
