Simple Burrito Bowl
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup corn
  • 3 Cups rice, cooked
  • 1 Tsp hot sauce
  • 1 Can black beans
  • 3 Lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1½ Lbs chicken breast
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 2 Tsps vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsps lime juice
  • For the Guacamole
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 Tsps salt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tsps ground pepper
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, place the chicken breast, salt, pepper, lime juice, hot sauce, and vegetable oil.
  2. Cover and cook until the chicken becomes golden..
  3. Shred the chicken breast and heat them in the same saucepan for 5 minutes.
  4. For the Guacamole:
  5. Slice the avocados and place them in a bowl with the salt and pepper.
  6. Sliced and squeeze the lemon.
  7. Using a fork mix everything together until smooth.
  8. Fill a bowl with the rice, and top it off with the chicken, guacamole, corn, lettuce, and black beans.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
  10. Tipd: Top everything with some shredded Monterrey jack cheese
