Shrimp Egg Rolls
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup oil
  • 2 Large carrots
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 3 Tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 2 Cups shrimp
  • 20 Egg roll wrappers
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Shred carrots
  3. Mix ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
  4. Add carrots and shrimp to the mixture.
  5. Spoon one tablespoon onto center of egg roll wrappers.
  6. Roll until closed, fold in the sides, and fry until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
