Frozen Maple Yoghurt Blueberries
  • 1 cup green yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  1. In a large bowl combine yoghurt and maple syrup.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour in the blueberries and mix until all are coated.
  4. Line a baking tray or cutting board with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the blueberries onto the parchment paper. Use a silicone spatula to evenly distribute blueberries ensuring none are stacked on top of each other.
  6. Freeze for thirty minutes.
  7. Enjoy straight from the freezer or let thaw 1-2 minutes before eating.
