Carrot Cake Cookies
  • 1 box of Betty Crocker Carrot Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup of raisins
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a cookie sheet wih parchment paper.
  3. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil for a couple of minutes.
  4. Fold in raisins.
  5. Put tablespoon sized chunks of dough onto prepared sheet and press down slightly.
  6. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
