Simple Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup corn
  • 3 Cups rice cooked
  • 1 Tsp hot sauce
  • 1 Can black beans
  • 3 Lettuce leaves chopped
  • Lbs chicken breast
  • 1 Tsp pepper
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 2 Tsps vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsps lime juice
  • For the Guacamole
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 Tsps salt
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tsps ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, place the chicken breast, salt, pepper, lime juice, hot sauce, and vegetable oil.
  • Cover and cook until the chicken becomes golden..
  • Shred the chicken breast and heat them in the same saucepan for 5 minutes.
  • For the Guacamole:
  • Slice the avocados and place them in a bowl with the salt and pepper.
  • Sliced and squeeze the lemon.
  • Using a fork mix everything together until smooth.
  • Fill a bowl with the rice, and top it off with the chicken, guacamole, corn, lettuce, and black beans.
  • Serve and enjoy.
  • Tipd: Top everything with some shredded Monterrey jack cheese
