Lemon Dill Couscous

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Chicken stock
  • 1 cup uncooked plain couscous
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dill

Instructions
 

  • Bring the butter and chicken stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  • Stir in the couscous, lemon juice and dill.
  • Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork.
