Watergate Salad


  • 1 4 ounce box Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 20 ounce can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallow
  • 2 cup thawed Whipped Topping like Cool Whip


  • Combine pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Add marshmallows and mix until well blended.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Place in serving dishes and optionally top with whipped topping and garnish with chopped nuts.
