In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil then set aside to cool.
Liquefy the 4 kiwifruit in a blender.
Pour the syrup into the blender with the kiwi and blend until well combined.
Push a kiwi slice into each mould,making sure it is tight against one side of the mould so the mixture will sit around it rather than cover it.
Pour the kiwi mixture into moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
