Kiwi Popsicles


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 4 kiwifruit skin removed and quartered
  • 1 Kiwifruit skin removed ans sliced


  • In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil then set aside to cool.
  • Liquefy the 4 kiwifruit in a blender.
  • Pour the syrup into the blender with the kiwi and blend until well combined.
  • Push a kiwi slice into each mould,making sure it is tight against one side of the mould so the mixture will sit around it rather than cover it.
  • Pour the kiwi mixture into moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
