Banana bread is a great way to use up over-ripe bananas or even to use up bananas before they reach that state.  It isn’t often in our family that bananas get like that but when they do I like to pop them in the freezer until I have enough to make a nice loaf for my family to enjoy.  This recipe is seriously simple and you can’t go wrong with that!  It is super delicious warm and smothered in butter. Yum!

Easy and tasty recipe if you don’t want your bananas to go to waste. I added a little cinnamon and nutmeg to the mixture. My first time making banana bread and it won’t be my last.
