How to Store Fudge made with Condensed Milk
Homemade fudge made with condensed milk is quite soft compared to traditional fudge. This means it should be kept in the refrigerator, if left at room temperature it will soften further.
You can store this lemon fudge in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
You could also store it in the freezer for up to 3 months in an airtight container.

Ours turned out soft. Is it because we put it into the fridge? Tasty but very very soft.

I made this for my father. He used to buy a lemon fudgey type candy at a store that recently closed. He loved it! I used unsalted butter and it still turned out great. Thank you so much for the recipe ❤️

Yes, just omit the lemon zest and juice and use milk chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips.

I notice it takes 4 TBLS butter, then it says 2 tbsp lemon juice and 3 tbsp lemon zest…would this also be tablespoon or teaspoon since it is in a small “t”

What does 3C mean? I don't understand "C" as a measurement - maybe because I'm British?

C is short for cup, in this case that is 160 grams of white chocolate chips.
