This Honey Lime Rainbow Fruit Salad is a fresh and healthy dessert. Fruit salads are a summer staple and the honey lime dressing on this fruit salad is absolute perfection. I enjoy fruit salad all year long for dessert and even breakfast, and this one is a favourite!
Honey Lime Rainbow Fruit Salad
Yields: 6 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup grapes, sliced in half
1 cup cherries, sliced in half and seed removed
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 lime (juice and zest)
¼ cup honey
1 tablespoon orange juice
Directions:
1. To prepare the dressing, combine honey, orange juice, lime juice and zest in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
2. In a large bowl, combine all of the prepared fruit and stir.
3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit and stir lightly to coat.
*Fruit salad should be kept refrigerated until ready to serve.

Looks delicious! I usually just use the juice from canned pineapple for dressing on my fruit salad - this is a great alternative. Thanks for the recipe.

If there is one thing I know I can get the kids to eat it is fruit - any type - but this is more attractive than I usually serve it!
