This Mushroom & Basil Fusilli Pasta is a fast and easy pasta dinner featuring fresh mushrooms and basil.
This pasta dish is so full of flavour and healthy too. Try using whole wheat pasta for an even healthier meal.
Mushroom & Basil Fusilli Pasta
Ingredients
½ Cup chopped mushrooms
9 oz Fusilli
¼ Cup basil, chopped
1 Tbsp butter
½ Tbsp oregano
½ Tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil water with salt in a pot over medium-high heat.
Add the fusilli and cook as instructed on the packaging.
While the pasta is being cooked, heat a saucepan with butter over medium-low heat.
Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the basil and cook for another 2 minutes.
When the pasta is ready, drain it, serve on plates, and add the mushrooms and basil.
Serve with bread slices, and enjoy.
Tips
Add heavy cream to obtain a creamy version.

This looks delicious especially the mushrooms but I do wish there was a little bit of sauce
