Oven Scrambled Eggs
Oven Scrambled Eggs are a great way to prepare a large amount of eggs all at once without having to worry about not cooking them enough or cooking them too much. You won’t believe you’ve never done this before, its such a huge time saver if you are making a large breakfast or brunch. Just pop them in the oven while you prepare your sausage or bacon and other items.
Oven Scrambled Eggs
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup melted Butter
12 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350.
Pour melted butter into 13 x9 glass baking dish.
Whisk together milk, eggs and salt.
Pour eggs into prepared dish.
Bake 15 minutes, then stir and bake an additional 15 minutes or until eggs are set up.
