These Carrot Cake Cookies feature all the flavours of carrot cake rolled into tasty, tender cookies!
Carrot Cake Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 box of Betty Crocker Carrot Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of raisins (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a cookie sheet wih parchment paper.
Mix cake mix, eggs and oil for a couple of minutes.
Fold in raisins.
Put tablespoon sized chunks of dough onto prepared sheet and press down slightly.
Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
