About the Ingredients for Blender Peach Ice Cream
Milk – Whole milk will give you the best consistency and flavour. A good dairy free alternative is canned coconut milk. You can use 2% or almond milk instead but the ice cream may get a bit icy and require blending after freezing to get rid of the texture.
Honey – You can also substitute with granulated sugar to taste, maple syrup, or even your favourite sugar substitute.
Peaches – Frozen peaches work best, however you can use fresh peaches or even well-drained canned peaches. You can also swap in any fruit that you fancy! If using fresh peaches, peel and slice your peaches, lay them out on a parchment lined sheet pan and flash freeze in your freezer.

Peach ice cream is my favourite! Thanks for sharing!
Hi I am guessing in saying I can try this with nearly any fruit
Does it have to be a glass loaf pan or can you use a metal loaf pan
Yes, metal is fine.
Searching for new Pages is always ful of fun there is alot to learn from your blog.
Truly one of the best recipes I’ve tried on Pinterest. Great summer recipe, refreshing. 👍
Mind blown! I thought you had to have an ice cream maker!!
Don’t know if you will see this since it’s an old post, but I came across it about a week or so ago and made this. It is Fabulous! I have since made it several times using almond milk and a plant-based coffee creamer, maple syrup instead of honey and a mixture of different fruits each time. A wonderfully refreshing dessert! Thank you for posting it. Just bought a bottle of almond milk pumpkin spice coffee creamer; if you have any suggestions as to what fruits to use with this, please post . Thanks again.
How many carbs in the peach ice cream?
I just fixed the recipe card to show the approximate nutrition information using honey as the sweetener.
Is it fresh fruit or can canned fruit be used.
Fresh or frozen fruit will taste better but canned peaches do work too. You will need to make sure they are well drained.
Can you do other fruits in the blender also with the same recipe.
Yes, just try to keep the same proportions to avoid it getting icy.
