These Chocolate Covered Kiwi Pops are a cool summer treat that are easy to make and incredibly delicious!
My girls love frozen treats in the summer. They literally cannot get enough freezies and popsicles. It is a little bit crazy.
I can’t blame them though because I am literally the same way as an adult.
Whenever I make them these chocolate covered kiwi pops they go so quick. I like to make banana pops like these too and they go over just as well.
Chocolate Covered Kiwi Pops

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place kiwi slices on the baking sheet with a popsicle stick in each one.
Freeze until solid. They should no longer be moist to the touch.
In a glass bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a pan of simmering water until melted and smooth. (Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl.) Alternately, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 45 seconds increments until melted and smooth.
