A light touch will give you the best results!
How to Store Rice Krispie Squares
Rice Krispie squares are best if served fresh. You can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
To freeze rice krispies, wrap each square in a piece of wax paper and place them in a gallon freezer bag. They are good frozen for up to 3 months.
Ingredients for Easter Rice Krispies
Butter – I used unsalted, but salted works well too.
Marshmallows – I used mini marshmallows because they are just faster to melt. Feel free to use any size you like though. Just make sure they are fresh for the best results.
Rice Krispies – You can use generic if you like but honestly the real deal always tastes best to me.
Mini Eggs – Can be made without the mini eggs or substitute them for pastel m&m’s or other easter themed candy, nuts etc…
