Delicious Oreo Stuffed Brownies – fudgy brownies layered with Oreos and topped with even more Oreos. Brownies don’t get much better than this!
I love fugdy brownies – with crackly tops, and so much delicious goodness you can’t help but reach for a second piece. These incredible Oreo stuffed brownies take your favourite brownie recipe to a whole new level.
This recipe is super simple, but such an easy upgrade to the classic brownie.
Use a box mix or your favourite brownie recipe. Your choice! Either will end up so much better than before.
Oreo Stuffed Brownies
Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix, any brand + required ingredients (or your favourite brownie recipe)
1 package of Oreo cookies
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 or 9×13 baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Prepare the box brownie mix according to packages directions.
3. Spread about 1/4 of the brownie batter into the bottom of your baking pan. Next, place Oreos side by side on top of the brownie batter.
4. Once the Oreos are in the pan, gently and evenly spread the rest of the brownie batter over the top of the Oreos.
5. Crush the remaining Oreos by hand and sprinkle generously over the top of the batter.
6. Place in the oven to bake.
7. If baking in an 8×8 pan, bake 35-40 minutes. If using a 9×13 pan, bake 25-30 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
