Easy Shrimp Shooters
These easy shrimp shooters make for a simple to put together appetizer. Think single serve shrimp cocktails that are as easy to eat as they are to prep.
Easy Shrimp Shooters
Servings: 6
INGREDIENTS
6 dessert shooter glasses
6 jumbo shrimp -cooked, peeled and deveined
3/4 cup cocktail sauce (I used McCormick brand)
1 lemon
6 romaine lettuce leaves-washed and air dried
DIRECTIONS
1. Fill each glass halfway with cocktail sauce.
2. Place one shrimp in each glass with the tail shooting out.
3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on each shrimp.
4. Garnish each glass with a Romaine lettuce leaf, positioned behind the shrimp.
5. Serve immediately. ENJOY!
