{Whole Fruit} Blueberry Popsicles
When we moved a couple weeks ago my husband made the mistake of taking the food out of the freezer, putting it in a box… and then left it. For several hours. Most of it had to go in the trash but there was no way I was going to throw out my blueberries I had painstakingly picked last summer! I also was not keen on my husbands suggestion to “just make blueberry jam” with it. Hah!
Anyway, I decided to make a snack for Keira with them. She really loves popsicles but I don’t like giving her the ones full of dye and artificial flavours so this is a really great solution for creating wholesome and delicious popsicles.
{Whole Fruit} Blueberry Popsicles
Ingredients:
1 Pint (2 Cups) Blueberries, fresh or defrosted frozen
1 Cup Organic Vanilla Yogurt
Directions:
Place blueberries and yogurt in a blender, then blend until smooth.
Fill popsicle molds with blueberry mixture.
Freeze 3-4 hours or until popsicles are frozen through.
These should keep in the freezer for 1 week. (If they last that long!)

Have made this type of icicle many times over the years, its a good way to use up that over ripe fruit
This is my kind of treat! Thanks for posting!
