Ingredients and Substitutions
White Melting Chocolate: Use high-quality white chocolate chips or candy melts for smoother coating. Substitute with almond bark or white compound chocolate for ease of melting.
Nutter Butter Cookies: Use regular nutter butter cookies.
M&M’s: Use mini M&Ms for the buttons, and regular M&Ms for the ear muffs.
Small Black Nonpareils: Substitute with black edible pearls, chocolate sprinkles, or use a black food marker for precision.
Fruit Roll-Ups: Use thin strips of licorice candy or gummy tape for an equally colorful and edible scarf.
Carrot Sprinkles or Candy Corns: Replace with orange fondant rolled into tiny carrot shapes or use orange Tic Tacs for a similar effect.
