Peanut Butter and Jelly Waffles
These golden, fluffy Peanut Butter and Jelly waffles are filled with creamy peanut butter and sweet jelly, mixed straight into the batter. Let these PB & J waffles take you back to your childhood!
Peanut Butter and Jelly Waffles
Ingredients
1 ½ Cups all-purpose flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup milk
½ Cup peanut butter
½ Cup brown sugar
A pinch of salt
1 Tsp baking powder
Jelly to taste
Directions
Mix half of the peanut butter, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl.
Add the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and milk.
Stir until batter thickens.
Preheat the waffle maker and cook the batter for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Garnish with the remaining peanut butter and jelly.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips
Add the jam to the batter when it is in the waffle maker to obtain a jelly-filled waffle.
