Roasted Rainbow Carrots
These Roasted Rainbow Carrots are a simple and delicious vegetable side dish. Everyone will love this healthy recipe that makes us of such a gorgeous vegetable!
Roasted Rainbow Carrots
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Rainbow Carrots
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
On a baking sheet, toss together the carrots, oil and salt then arrange the carrots in a single layer.
Roast for approx. 15 minutes, or until the carrots are slightly browned and tender.

wow I have never heard of rainbow carrots!
I’ve never seen multi covered carrots before but I love how simple your recipe is, I think I’d use sweet carrots
