Lemon Dill Couscous
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter
1 Cup Chicken stock
1 cup uncooked plain couscous
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dill
Directions:
Bring the butter and chicken stock to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Stir in the couscous, lemon juice and dill.
Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.

How much water? The recipe does not have the amount.
No water.. not sure how that got in there.
I don’t think I’ve eaten couscous before but I think I’d like it but I’m not sure about this recipe because I’m not a big fan of lemon
