This twice-baked recipe is so easy to whip together anytime and always results in perfectly flavourful and crunchy biscotti. Perfect to go with that mid-morning coffee or tea!
Ingredients:
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a dough is formed.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Gently flatten to about one inch thick.
Bake at 325°F for about 25 min.
Remove from oven and cool on sheet for 5 minutes.
Slice and bake for a further 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely on sheet.
