Hi there! Interested in making this in bulk for an event– how many glasses does this recipe make?
I am in love with frosted lemonade.
Thumbs up chik fil a I dont know
what I would do without you. I am
so much addicted to this recipe. I
am in kenya but I make it every

★★★★★★★★★★★
When I go back to U.S.A I will make
sure thats the first place I’ll eat at.
Keep up the good work. Once again
thumbs up.
Just don’t go on a Sunday! ; )
Made that mistake yesterday!😓
Great recipe, but what about the diet version?
Just substitute artificial sweetener of your choice for the sugar, to taste.
I personally don’t use sugar in anything I make anymore. My family uses stevia which is a better choice especially if you’re not wanting sugar or Splenda (which is also not good for you).
can this be frozen once it’s made and then enjoyed at a later time?
Yes, just run it through your blender when you are ready to enjoy it again. :)
CAN YOU USE GREEK YOGURT?
No.
Having trouble finding anything but lemonade- when you say ‘Fresh squaeezed lemon juice,’ do you mean to squeeze actual lemons? I cannot find any cartons of lemon juice- only ade.
You can freshly squeeze actual lemons, but you want to use the lemon juice you cook with for this.
Can you use dairy free ice cream?
I would guess so, not sure how it would turn out though.
One day I was craving this & I made a copy cat version using only softened vanilla ice cream & some Crystal Lite Lemonade powder. It was so easy & I think tasted just like the original.
That’s exactly how they make it. I worked there and all they do if mix lemonade and ice cream, it’s super easy
Yum. I can’t wait to try this. Sometimes lemon is just so good. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Could you add citrus vodka?
YUM! Love that I can freeze it and run it through my blender for later. That’s a great tip! Is it ok I added this to Foodie Friday Roundup: Delicious Lemonades? I scheduled it to go live tomorrow morning.
Very sour. I added lots more sugar! It was not thick and frozen either. Next time I will use crushed ice instead of water. Too much for my blender also. I had a big mess. I froze what was left. Not worth the trouble.
Tried this…very sour and was not thick at all… I added lots more sugar. Next time I will use ice instead of water. Too much for my blender.. Had a big mess.
This looks so delicious and I love the ingredients. This would be great on a hot summer day
This looks sooo delicious! Lord knows I don’t really need another addiction (their cookies and cream milkshakes are my FAV) but I’ve gotta try this!
The entire family gives this a thumbs up. Delicious!
Just made this but I used simply lemonade (also made with the raspberry version) both came out yummy but a little thin. Any idea on how to thicken it? Maybe add more ice cream?
Yes, you can add more ice Ccream to make it thicker.
I made this one time after the 1st time I tried their frozen lemonade. I used the canned frozen lemonade mix and vanilla bean ice-cream and added ice as needed. It was delicious and tasted just like their version. This probably would as well and probably isn’t as much sugar. I am going to try this and maybe with lavender lemonade, which is my favorite lemonade.
appreciatable article thanks for sharing.
