These Frozen Maple Yoghurt Blueberries make for a tasty summer treat. These little blueberry bites are easy to throw together and so very delicious. The yoghurt is a great way to have a more balanced snack with this cool treat.
Frozen Maple Yoghurt Blueberries
Ingredients:
- 1 cup green yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
In a large bowl combine yoghurt and maple syrup.
Mix well.
Pour in the blueberries and mix until all are coated.
Line a baking tray or cutting board with parchment paper.
Pour the blueberries onto the parchment paper. Use a silicone spatula to evenly distribute blueberries ensuring none are stacked on top of each other.
Freeze for thirty minutes.
Enjoy straight from the freezer or let thaw 1-2 minutes before eating.
