I can’t wait to show you how to grill up a pepperoni pizza grilled cheese sandwich. This recipe will have all the flavours of an amazing pizza, but in between two slices of bread. Plus, with only 4 simple ingredients, this meal comes together in minutes!

About the Ingredients for Grilled Pepperoni Pizza Sandwiches
Spaghetti Sauce – Use your favourite pasta sauce. You can also use pizza sauce if you have any on hand.
Garlic Texas Toast – You could use other thick sliced bread, but for the best flavour use garlic bread!
Pepperoni Slices – You can use regular pepperoni slices here or turkey pepperoni depending on what you like.
Mozzarella Cheese Slices – You can also use brick mozzarella and slice the cheese yourself.

Grilled Pepperoni Pizza Sandwich
Yields: 4 Servings | Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 7 mins
INGREDIENTS:
8 tbsp Spaghetti Sauce
1 box Garlic Texas Toast (8 slices)
6 oz Pepperoni Slices
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Slices
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven 425.
Place garlic toast on baking sheet.
Bake for 7 minutes or until toast is slightly toasted around edges.

Spread 4 slices with 1 tablespoon of sauce on each.

Top each 6 slices of pepperoni.
Top each with 1 slice of cheese.

Than another layer of pepperoni and cheese to each.
Spread 1 table spoon of sauce on each of the remaining toast slices and place on top of sandwich.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Heat each sandwich until cheese is melted and contents are hot.
