These Peaches and Cream Bars are a delectable summer dessert This recipe is so easy and full of flavour!
Peaches and Cream Bars
INGREDIENTS
1 box White Cake Mix
1 cup softened Butter
2 Eggs
21 oz can Peach Pie FIlling
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9×9″ pan and set aside.
Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and butter until it forms a uniform crumbly mixture.
Set aside 1 cup of this mixture to use as a topping later.
Press the remaining crumb mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Spread peaches on top of the baked crust
Cream together cream sheese, remaining egg, sugar and vanilla unitl creamy.
Spread cream cheese mixture over peaches.
Sprinkle the cup of crumbs set aside earlier over the top.
Bake for 30-34 minutes aor until edges of top begin to lightly brown.
ALlow to cool then refrigerate before serving.

1 cup of butter is 2 sticks. I made it as directed and my cake mixture was not crumbles, more like a thick batter. Picture only shows 1 stick of butter which is 1/2 cup.
