INGREDIENTS

12 oz Tomato Paste
1 1/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp Ground Clove
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

 

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients and stir until blended.
Transfer to sealed container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

I made a while back but I forgot to write a review. This was a good recipe but for my family we thought there was too much garlic and a little too much onion powder for our tastes. If I make this again I will definitely cut back by at least 2/3rds and gradually add more til we reach our likings. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Can i leave out the Clove or substitute in something else?

Yes, just use 1/2 tsp allspice (total) instead.
