Egg-Free Vanilla Pudding Pops
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Sugar
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Salt
2 cup Milk
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Butter
DIRECTIONS
Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt in a bowl and whisk together.
Heat milk over medium heat just until bubbles start to form.
Slowly add dry ingredients into hot milk, constantly stirring to dissolve.
Cook, stir continuously, until pudding thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter.
Allow to cool until slightly warm.
Pour into ice pop moulds and insert sticks.
