Tips for Making the BEST Margaritas
- Chill your glasses ahead of time to help ensure the cocktail remains cool to the very last sip.
- Choose premium liquors for the best results. You don’t need to reach for the top shelf but at least avoid scraping the bottom of the barrel.
- To make sure your cocktail is properly chilled, consider using larger ice cubes. They melt slower and won’t water down your drink as quickly.
- For a stronger fruit flavour your can muddle fresh strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Make sure you strain the cocktail for a more smooth mouthfeel.
- Garnish with fresh fruit.
- Enjoy your margarita and don’t forget to drink responsibly. Cheers!
About the Ingredients for Orange Kiwi Berry Margarita
Tequila – I used Jose Cuervo “Gold” tequila but any blanco or resposado tequilas will work well in a Margarita.
Grand Marnier – Grand Marnier is a good choice here but you could opt for any orange flavoured liqueur.
Orange juice – I typically use pulp-free for a better mouthfeel. Use your favourite orange juice brand or go with fresh squeezed!
Fruit syrups – Torani has great kiwi and strawberry syrups.
