This easy no-bake recipe for cannoli pie will have you enjoying the flavors of delicious Italian cannolis in a whole new way.
Cannoli is a classic Italian dessert that is traditionally filled with a sweet ricotta filling.
The best cannolis are usually made from scratch, but most home cooks don’t have the time or patience for such an endeavor. This recipe will show you how to make your own no-bake Oreo Cannoli Pie without having to create the dough and shape individual cannoli shells or pipe in their creamy fillings!
Deliciously rich and decadent, this is one of those desserts that always wins over everyone at the table, not just cannoli lovers. With a creamy filling made with ricotta cheese, chocolate chips, mascarpone, and real cream, sitting on an oreo graham cracker crust, this dessert will have you coming for more for sure.

How to Store Leftover Cannoli Pie
This delicious no-bake cannoli pie recipe will yield about 12 servings. You can store any leftover pie covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. Do not keep at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
This cannoli pie also freezes well; wrap securely in aluminum foil or place into a freezer bag and store with the rest of your frozen foods for up to three months. individual pie slices may be frozen separately if you wrap each piece in plastic wrap and then place in your airtight container.
Do not top with the whipped cream topping until thawed out and ready to serve.
About the Ingredients for Oreo Cannoli Pie
Oreo Crust – You can use a pre-made crust, or make one yourself as directed.
Cream – Use only cold heavy whipping cream for the filling or it won’t setup.
Mascarpone – Crème fraîche, full fat greek yogourt or full fat cream cheese are all good substitutes, but I do recommend using mascarpone cheese for the best results.
Powdered Sugar – You might know this as Icing sugar or confectioners sugar. Helps to not only sweeten the filling, but helps make it lighter and fluffy.
Ricotta Cheese – A staple in traditional cannoli and essential to getting the flavor you are looking for.
Orange Zest – Adds a bit of tang to the filling just like in some traditional cannolis.
Mini chocolate chips – Another option is to chop up blocks of chocolate or adding larger chocolate chips, but the little ones give a perfect balance I think.
