My mouth is watering! Thinking this will be a fun desert for a family gathering. Happy Weekend! Linda
Thanks Linda, enjoy!
how many servings does this make? Thanks!
It depends on how big your cups are but large ones like this… about 5-6.
How many servings does this recipe make?
So it does better to put them in cups and not a larger bowl?
Yes, it is not enough for a larger bowl. You’d have to at least double the recipe.
Any chance u could freeze the cream cheese mixture so that you could pre make part of it?
Yes, it should freeze up just fine!
The strawberry layer looks puréed? Is it puréed with sugar? Looks delicious!
Great hit this holiday weekend! I modified the recipe a little, doubled up on all the ingredients. So basically 2 8oz cream cheese, 2 boxes of Nilla wafers, 6 teaspoons of butter and 2 cans 14oz sweetened condensed milk. I also substituted the whipping cream for 2 cups of sour cream and added 2 tablespoons of vanilla and used the whip cream as garnish instead. I was able to make 16 goblets (clear cocktail cups). Family truly enjoyed it!
How are the strawberries prepared?
Is that whipcream on the top
No. It’s cheesecake filling.
AMAZING
What kind of strawberries did u use? They look like they have some liquid. Thanks!
What size cups dd you use? How many were you able to fill?
I’d love to make this in my trifle bowl since I have sweet dessert loving husband n czns lol Thank You for recipe
I made these a few years ago and I used strawberry gel mix with strawberries. Today I made it again and followed receipt and doesn’t look the same then I realized I forget the gel you need gel to look like this
